T. Heath Fountain T. Heath Fountain was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. on July 30, 2018. Mr. Fountain most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Planters First Bank in Hawkinsville, Georgia, from 2015 to 2018, where he led growth initiatives that included adding two new markets, a secondary market mortgage division and increasing loans and deposits over $50 million in three years. Prior to joining Planters First Bank, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Financial Group and HeritageBank of the South from 2007 to 2015. Mr. Fountain joined the Board of Directors for Colony Bankcorp in July 2018 and serves on its Executive committee.

Tracie Youngblood Tracie Youngblood joined Colony Bankcorp in June 2019 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Colony, she was Senior Vice President and Controller of Atlanta-based Fidelity Bank, which was acquired by Ameris Bank. She has held similar positions with Square 1 Bank in Durham, North Carolina, Ameris Bank in Moultrie, Georgia, and Georgian Bank in Atlanta.

Edward Lee Bagwell III Edward L. Bagwell III (Lee) has been with Colony Bank for 16 years. He joined the Bank as a Commercial Lender and in-house attorney in 2003. In 2008, he served as in-house legal counsel of the Company and was in charge of special assets. Prior to joining, Lee was in the private practice of law in Douglas as well as attorney for the county. Lee holds an Associate Degree in Business from South Georgia College, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctorate from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, admitted to all courts in Georgia, past president of the Douglas Lions Club and the Douglas Bar Association. Lee and his wife, Holly, have been married for 20 years and have two children, Ted (15) and Will (13). The family travel together across the country attending tennis matches, as Ted is a high level tennis player. In his spare time, Lee enjoys spending time with his family and cycling. An avid Bulldog fan, he also enjoys watching and attending various UGA athletic events.

J. Stan Cook Stan has been in the banking industry for 34 years. His vast experiences cover retail, credit, project management, acquisitions, organizational transformation and strategic management. He was recently promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer at Colony Bank. Stan joined Colony in 2012 as a member of the Senior Management charged with improving the Bank's systems in preparation for the enactment of the Dodd Frank Act. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2016. He began his career at Trust Company Bank of Middle Ga, N.A. in 1985 where he created and successfully managed the construction lending and mortgage division in Warner Robins. In 1991, Stan joined a team of experienced bankers to address the challenges of Liberty Savings Bank during the Savings & Loan crisis where he participated in a successful turnaround of the company, transitioning it into First Liberty Bank, one of the State’s leading financial institutions. Stan served as a member of Senior Management and the Corporate Lending Manager at the time of the bank's acquisition by BB&T. Following the acquisition, Stan became active in his family’s businesses consisting of commercial real estate management, construction, equipment leasing, consulting and Christian retailing. In 2006, he joined Atlantic Southern Bank where he oversaw the development of the bank’s mid-south market and subsequently moved into the role of Chief Regional Executive to address the operational challenges related to the bank’s rapid growth. In this role, he was responsible for retail management, operations, compliance, IT, and buildings and maintenance. Stan is married to his wife of 35 years, Carla, and they have two children, Laura and John, and two grandchildren, JD and Ava. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University. He also graduated from the LSU Graduate School of Banking. In his spare time, Stan enjoys hunting, reading, horses and dogs, but mostly spending time with his family.

Kimberly C. Dockery Kimberly C. Dockery has been with Colony Bank since July, 2018. She previously served as Chief Administrative Officer at Planters First Bank. Dockery will serve in the same capacity at Colony. Dockery brings a wealth of experience in human resources, production management, marketing and all operational facets of banking. Prior to joining Planters First Bank, Dockery worked with Fountain at HeritageBank of the South for 9 years, where she played a key role in supporting the successful organic and acquisition growth of that bank.

Terry L. Hester Terry L. Hester currently serves as Executive Vice President of Colony Bankcorp, Inc., having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from June 1994 to June 2019, and Secretary since May 2003. He also served as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer from June 1993 to June 1994 and has served as Treasurer since 1982. Mr. Hester has served as a Director of Colony Bank since August 2008. He previously served as a Director of Colony Bank Wilcox and Quitman charters until the merger in 2008 and has served as an Advisory Board Member of Colony Bank Wilcox and Quitman offices since 2008.

M. Edward Hoyle Jr. M. Edward Hoyle (Eddie) has been in the banking industry for 40 years. Prior to his recent promotion, he was Executive Vice President and Regional Market Executive Officer for Colony where his primary responsibility has been to oversee Colony Bank’s west division. He is the current Chairman of the Georgia Bankers Association Credit Committee, past President of the Gainesville Jaycees and Hall County United Way and serves on the Staff Parish Relations Committee of Confidence United Methodist Church. Eddie resides in Tifton and has two sons, Matthew and Nicholas. Matthew is a partner along with his wife, Elise, at The Hoyle Law firm in Dahlonega. Nicholas is a senior at University of North Georgia. In his free time, Eddie enjoys playing the banjo and spending time at the lake.

Scott Lowell Downing Scott L. Downing is presently involved in managing personal investments. Mr. Downing is very active in community affairs and is currently serving as Executive Director of Fitzgerald-Ben Hill Development authority, Vice Chair ACCG for Economic Development, Ben Hill County Commissioner and Hospital Authority Member. He previously served as a Director of the Colony Bank Fitzgerald charter until the merger in 2008 and presently serves as an advisory board member of Colony Bank Fitzgerald office since 2008. Mr. Downing has been a Director of Colony Bankcorp since January 2012.

Michael Frederick Dwozan Jr. M. Frederick Dwozan, Jr. is the President/CEO/Owner of the Medical Center Prescription Shop, and owner of other entities involved in providing care to critically ill patients with Home IV Therapy, Nutritional Support Service, Pain Management, Disease Management, Hospice care and Medical Equipment. He previously served as a Director of Colony Bank Dodge until the merger in 2008 and presently serves as an advisory board member of Colony Bank Dodge office since 2008. Mr. Dwozan has been a Director of Colony Bankcorp since January 2012.

Edward Percy Loomis Jr. Edward P. Loomis, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. from May 2012 to July 2018, is an experienced executive officer and has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Southern Bank in Macon, Georgia, from 2009 to 2011, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rivoli Bank and Trust and First Macon Bank and Trust in Macon. At First Macon Bank and Trust, Mr. Loomis was a founder of the Bank and grew the company over ten years to five locations with over $200M in assets.

Mark H. Massee Mark Massee has been affiliated with Massee builders since its inception and has been serving as president of the organization since 1992. He has served as Director of Colony Bank since 1996. Mr. Massee has been a Director of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. since February 2007.

Meagan M. Mowry Meagan M. Mowry is the co-founder and co-owner of Simcoe Investments and its development and construction subsidiaries, Homes of Integrity Construction and Integrity Real Estate. She currently serves as a board member for the Sales and Marketing Council of the Savannah Home Builders Association and is a Past President of the Bryan County Chapter of the Savannah Home Builders Association. Ms. Mowry has been a Director of both Colony Bank and Colony Bancorp, Inc. since March 2019.

Matthew D. Reed Matthew D. Reed is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Georgia CEO/South Carolina CEO, a network of local websites focused on the business communities in Georgia and South Carolina cities, with a subscriber base of over 60,000 members. Reed also serves as one of 85 members of the Board of Governors for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and sits on the UGA Small Business Development Center's State Advisory Board. Mr. Reed has been a Director of both Colony Bank and Colony Bancorp, Inc. since March 2019.

Jonathan W. R. Ross Jonathan W. R. Ross is President of Ross Construction Company, a heavy highway commercial construction company that Mr. Ross has operated the past ten years. Mr. Ross has served as a Director of Colony Bank since August 2008. He previously served as a Director of the Colony Bank Worth charter until the merger in 2008 and presently serves as an Advisory Board Member of Colony Bank Sylvester office since 2008. Mr. Ross has been a Director of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. since May 2007.
